High level support is offered throughout the programme starting with an detailed Metabolic Health Review where I will gently explore your current health, wellbeing and desires for the future.
This will be supported by a Metabolic Health pre-Screening form, food diary, blood tests and body composition scan to best evaluate your current symptoms and health challenges. A medication review will enable recommendations for future optimisation.
If the Midlife Metabolic Health Review has highlighted a need for further assessment or medical management, this will be made clear and supported either by the clinic as an additional service or you will be signposted to your GP or another Healthcare Provider to ensure this is safely actioned.
There follows a deep dive introductory session where I will help you to understand your biggest challenges, what has worked before, what hasn't and why and what motivates you. I will help support you to identify your goals and uncover the steps towards achieving them.
Fortnightly coaching sessions held throughout the 12 week programme will support your learning and accountability. Blood tests prior to the end of the programme followed by a three metabolic health review will help demonstrate your progress and continue to motivate you to take positive action.
Throughout the 12 week programme you will also have access to the private community for collaborative support, encouragement and accountability.
