Menopause is a perfect time to address these factors, a decade before most chronic health conditions develop.

For many of my patients, the menopause has pulled the rug from under their feet without them knowing, they feel lost and confused, a shadow of their former selves.

With over 20 years of experience in business and leadership coaching, I entered my 40s as a high-performing professional woman. However, perimenopause caught me by surprise, affecting my health, body and confidence. While HRT helped, it wasn’t the full solution.
